Enjoy your beach vacation in a 5-star reviewed, ground floor condo, in a friendly and relaxed complex. Step out the back patio door to overlook the pool. The beach is steps away approximately 100 yards. We are located gulf side which means you do not have to cross Gulf Blvd to put your toes in the ocean!
We lovingly named this condo Flaming Sunrise due to the amazing sunrises Navarre Beach offers.
This condo is ideal for a couple, family or friends.
Flaming Sunrise offers two bedrooms each with a comfortable king sized bed, ample closet and bureau storage for your personal items. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower.
The kitchen has everything you need to mix up a pitcher of margaritas or cook a meal for your family. We also provide a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The living dining area offers comfortable seating for six and a 65" smart TV to watch all your favorite shows on Netflix or Prime.
The patio, which overlooks the pool, is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or to escape the sun in the afternoon.
About the Owner
We fell in love with Navarre Beach and vacationed here multiple times. On one particular trip, we were lucky enough to find this condo was for sale. It was love at first site! The proximity to the beach is wonderful for us and families that visit our condo. The community is so friendly and there are many permanent residents living here full time. That gives the complex a homey feel. I love that we can see the sun rise and set from the same beach! Sitting in the sand with a cup of coffee in my hand watching the sun rise is a beautiful and peaceful activity that starts my day off right!Amenities
This ground floor condo is perfect for a couple, a family or friends that like to travel together.
We offer two bedrooms with comfortable King beds and room darkening curtains. Both have en-suite bathrooms with walk in tiled showers. Both bedrooms offer flat screen TV's and ample closet and bureau space to store your clothes.
The living Living room provides two, queen sofas and a leather recliner and room darkening curtains. One sofa converts to a sleeper bed. 65" smart TV - Prime and Netflix.

We provide each reservation with a start of toilet paper and paper towels, guests will need to bring a supply for the length of their stay.
